Should I be worried??

Got some QV winny 50mg/ml, and it looks okay, w/ round corners, hologram and all but a recent article in the newest MD has me worried. On page 272, you can see the different lot #'s between a fake and a real enanthate, well mine has the lot #'s on the right, the one that is printed in the exact same ink, color, and font as the rest of the writing on the bottle. (lote no: QVS-5-001) Checked it on their website too, it's okay, but this lote writing is scaring me. Just took a shot today in bi's, it went through 25 gaugers easy as anything too and my bi's are hurting. What do you guys think about this?? I got it from a reliable source too.
