if you buking objective has been more than met, than i don't see any reason you shouldn't move to a cutting phase to lean up. ๐Ÿ˜€

This is what I would do in your situation....get on a gram of your favorite test weekly, 400mgs of deca/week, 225mcgs of t3/daily and half a mg of Arimidex EOD, 10 weeks. Eat clean, keep carbs below 100 grams daily do your cardio 4-5 times a week and watch the fat fly off. Bulking while your bodyfat is that high can do more harm than good. As a rule I never go over 15% BF when bulking.

yeah i hear ya.. a gram of test? bro I'm only on my first cycle here ๐Ÿ™‚ being that I am in week 7.. and stopping today.. waking up tomorrow and starting keto... how many weeks do you think I should wait before bringing in some gear for a cutting cycle? I'll start clomd ED from EOD in about a week and a half..

move straight into you cutting phase, don't take an off period. if you are looking to cut, now is the time to do it. most guys will always finish a cycle with cutting gear for the exact reason of losing water and burning some fat. in the future, you will probably want to run eq, t3, fina or Winnie throughout the cycle to avoid so much fat and water gain. ๐Ÿ˜€

no off phase? it would only be a short one.. like 4-6 weeks to get my testicles working again.. I don't think I have any muscle gains attributed to gear on this cycle.. not a single fucking pound.. its all fat and maybe a couple pounds of gains that were probably natural before I hit the IP sust..

I would take HCG for two weeks between cycles. You talk about fat but what about strength gains? Even when I am on a "high test" cycle I look fat (from holding water.)I have been called the marshmellow man before but my strength went thru the roof. Also if I drink beer while on a cycle this seems to really bloat me! As far as diet I eat 5-6 small meals a day what ever I want. Right now at 38 years old I have quit a few cycles under my belt started at 24. So I know where you are comming from. Rome was not built in a day and you body will take a life time. ๐Ÿ˜‰

no strength gains from AS to speak of... NONE.. I'm already quite strong.. I have already attained most of my strength goals in a short time of powerlifting.. I naturally have a lot of strength.. and I know some people who had similar attributes that did not experience huge strength gains on AS but just size gains.. well I have NO GAINS.. and it sucks

you answered my question iam on a bulk cycle right now, today will make the start of week 6. I put on alot of muscle where i wanted it shoulders!!! but do you guys think it is good to go right in to a cutting cycle after iam done on my 8week bulk cycle?? I heard you should take alest 4weeks off to retain the muscle you just gain from the previous cycle. Well guys Give info Please !!!! ๐Ÿ™

you may have seen my cycle posted.. it was originally sust and winny for 8 weeks.. turned into this

  • weeks 1-4 sust 500mg
  • weeks 1-4 winny 50mgED
  • weeks 5-12 sust 570mg (KP)
  • weeks 5-12 EQ 400mg
  • weeks 6-9/10 Dbol 30mgED
  • weels 11-12 winny 100mgED

I'm really pissed and stressed.. I've done a lot of thinking and a lot of discussing with different people.. I started this cycle at like.. 265.. 264.. I can't remember.. but something along those lines.. I weighed in this morning at 290.. I do not notice ANY MUSCLE INCREASE!

I think I'm retaining lots of water and that I gained a lot of fat.. here is my theory.. either because of the frequency of injections or because of the fact that the sustanon was fake.. and overeating to put on mass.. I gained a lot of fat before switching to ip sust.. in the past few days I feel I have put on more fat.. I think due to the extra fat put on in a short period of time.. and the introduction of androgens (dianabol and KP sust.. and to a much lesser extent EQ) .. a lot of it has been converting to estrogen.. I probably have HUGE AMOUNTS of estrogen in my system right now.. only reason I'm not getting gyno is because of pure luck and because I'm on clomid .. and I have some nolvadex..

I'm thinking of stopping this cycle dead in its tracks.. right now.. today.. and tomorrow starting to diet to get my bf back down... this really depresses me.. In which case.. after 4-6 weeks of dieting.. I would start a new cycle of trenbolone acetate and winny.. with perhaps something else that is short acting and androgenic.. since they are fast acting compounds I can switch fast and keep gaining and cutting.. for example.. tren would be throughout.. prop for 2 weeks while bulking.. then winny for 2 weeks while cutting... I would do 2 weeks bulking.. 2 weeks cutting.. all throughout the summer clen/t3 would be running on the cutting weeks.. and maybe a low dose of T3 while bulking too.. so say a 25mcg base throughout the cycle... and I might do a bit of DNP before the cycle to get things kicked into overdrive a bit...

arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh what do you think ๐Ÿ™
