Just got some gear and when I pulled on the white cap of the aluminum seal the whole seal came out. The rubber stopper stayed inserted. When I inspected the other vials they all weren't crimped. I inspected all the vials and the rubber stoppers were properly inserted in all of them with no sign of leakage. I think the gear is not contaminated. Suggestions???
I opened a ticket; let's see what they say. In the mean time I think I'm just going to transfer the gear to an empty sealed vial I have.

send them a picture of the opened and unopened one they should replace them.

same problem with my vial of primoplex...axio is making vials with weak crimps....i have to keep the top of the vial when i flip up the cap to avoid to remove the entire stopper with the cap....why are they making vials like this???BD ones where another thing..
