I've been doing HST for the last 6 weeks for cutting, and really like it, but I am starting a cycle Aug. 29th. Wondering if I should
completely change my workout or increase the number of sets within the HST workout?

12 week Cycle

1-12 100 Test Prop ED
1-12 50 Tren ED
6-12 50 winny ED

HCG throughout, followed with nolva& clomid.

If you want mass and strength you may want to take a conventional approach. More sets per bodypart with a longer rest peroids between sets.

liftsiron is a fictional character and should be taken as such.

I'm really doing the same number of sets per week with HST, but my workout intesity doesn't really peak until the last 2 workouts in each 2 week cycle.

Bryan Haycock on the HST site, says that When Using HRT you can increase the number of sets, just wondering if anybody has done this and if you have any input.

Why? Because that's what has worked for 99% of all bodybuilders. I think that that workouts using 1 to 2 sets per bodypart per workout are BS.

I have found steroids didn't really do wonders in what regards exercise tolerance. I do three sets per bodypart per session nowadays, which is one more than I did naturaly, but I only workout each muscle twice per week. I still get burned out every once in a while.

Coplete HST and then start conventional trening. pumps will be amazing.

I tried similiar programs without much success, perhaps for others HST type training provides better results than I have experienced?
