In italy I can buy ephedrine only on black-market, and it's very expensive.
pseudoephedrine is easier available and is cheaper.
can I get good resaults using pseudoephedrine instead of ephedrine?
I would like to use it only for 3 weeks, then I'll switch on clen+t3+Ketotifen.

The two are chemically very similar, yet different enough so that PE does not bind directly to adrenergic receptors, or binds very weakly at best. Rather it causes release of norepinephrine from synaptic terminals. E works both ways: it binds to adrenergic receptors and causes nerve endings to release norepinephrine.
All this boils down to is ephedrine being more potent than pseudoephedrine because of its dual mode of action. Pseudoephedrine should in theory work as a fat burner, but you might need more of it.
Unfortunately there does not seem to be nearly as much research on PE as there is on E. In fact one study determined
"that pseudoephedrine is not effective for weight loss" (1)
This is surprising since norepinephrine is definitely lipolytic. Perhaps you should consider a yohimbine/pseudoephedrine stack to maximize norepinephrine release.

Is that the stuff that is in Sudafed and other cold medicines? If it is in there, is that a good source to get it from?
Most of those have a lot of extra ingredients you don't want. Ideally you would want pure pseudoephedrine.

from what I understand
pseudoephedrine+caffeine+yhoimbine+ small doses of clen should work quite well.
so, what do u think about :
3 weeks
PE+Caff+Asp and some yohimbine
then I'll reduce the PE and I'll add clen+keto+T3
(I'll use only small amount of T3, to avoid the losses occuring using clen and staying on diet. I can't use more, because I've hair loss problems and I don't want use AA)
PS nicotine is not an opitional for me. I'm a smoker and I get 8mg of nicotine daily (1 pocket of phillip morris blue/daily). should I stop smocking for a while, to get better resault when I'll be smoking again? I decided to buy nicorette to get 20mg of nicotine/daily, without increasing cigarettes.

You can get it in just about any drugstore. Just look at generic nasal decongestants. Doesn't cost much either.

I think you can buy generic pseudoephedrine in bottles labeled as such. I am not sure if it is only PE though. It does say PE on the label.

I've used PE with some success. 240mg 3 times per day with 100-200mg caffeine along with it worked quite well. The main noticeable difference is that PE will not stimulate CNS, at least not at this dosage.
As far as availability, take a look at oyur local pharmacy, check all the products on the shelf, you'll find one that is pure PE. It's a little pricey though, in comparison to ephedrine that is. Expect to pay about $8-$10 per week.
One more note, appetite suppression is noticeably greater with PE.

The sale of PE is usually regulated - most places won�t even let you buy a large amount of products containing PE at once. PE is often used as a key ingredient for making Meth. Trying to purchase pure PE, especially in large amounts could get you some negative attention (especially coming into the US). Andy13 hinted at this in his above post.
BTW Andy13, I first used this avatar on fitnessgeared quite a while ago, but still probably not before you. I know without a doubt you had it here before me. I didn�t do it on purpose and just noticed, I could change it if it�s a problem. It�s the same avatar I use on all the other boards too....
