i know most of you guys are cyclists, but i have still been learning alot from what you guys do and adapted it for my sport (rowing). but i was wondering how this translates for a soccer player. idk much about the sport but my friend is going for speed, quickness, and endurance. unfortunately i think hes making a big mistake since he told me he just ordered test e and is going to do 300mg/pw along with 10mg ED of Anadroxyl-15291.html'>Anadrol for endurance. am i right that this will screw him up? This is during his season (he competes year round). i was trying to get him to do 125mg test per wk and maybe some epo but he hadnt heard of epo and told me 125 mg of test was a girls dosage...what is the right answer here?
Soccer uses all three energy systems and based on his position and goals he needs to decide which ones he wants to maximize with peds.
1) Epo will help his VO2max for the aerobic system
2) Lactic Threshold training will help his lactic power for the anaerobic glycolysis system and low dose test will help him recover
3) 300 a week of test and anadrol (preferably Anavar tho) to help maximum power for the ATP-PC
He can do 1 and/or 2 but he has to do 3 by itself or he will gain too much weight and it will kill his v02 making epo useless
With regards to your friends comments: 125 of T a week is a good girl bodybuilder dose indeed....but we are talking about a different type of athlete here. Soccer players actually have to RUN and quite a bit (unless you are a Keeper). So, stick with 125/W of T
As for 10mg of Anadrol...I believe you mean Anavar, as Anadrol is dosed at 50mg. Anavar is the better choice regardless for Soccer (Halo may be the best choice).

Am using halo now for the first time; seems good so far;I have used Abombs(anadrol)on the track in endurance and endurance sprinting with good results;BUT weight gain and shutdown are major probs with this AAS.I know alot of riders on this forum will disagree ;but i would not waste my time with anavar;it is expensive and the amount required for any positive results will make it even more expensive.It also reduces cortisol;which is not good for endurance.For positive results tren would prob be best;but used only on day b4 training or match as it can cause breathlessness.M/track
