BC, what would be a good OTC potassium supplement if someone were using an ACE blocker and diuretic?

Acts like one, or at least one of its metabolites does. regardless, aromatase is not involved, so an AI would be useless. But then, that is how I generally feel about AI's anyway.

What do you think the drawbacks are to using an AI?

Shouldn't be necessary, since the ACE blocker is potassium sparing and the diuretic does the opposite. You should be able to balance your potassium out perfectly. Use of supplemental potassium is only needed if you are using a non-potassium sparing diuretic only.

Good things come to those who weight.
