hey guys i read that if you take advil, or motrin while on cycle you could get a blood clot very easily, and can have a stroke or heart attack. i have a really bad ache in elbows, but now i am scared to take a painkiller cause i dont want to die, i know i am exaggerating a bit but do you guys know anything about how true and common this is?

if i have some pain i take Aleve. no problems taking it. i do try to stay away from antiinflamitories usually just due to the fact that they slow down protein synthesis but when the pain really sets in i don't hesitate. had shin splints so bad the other day all i could do was lay on the floor with my feet elevated on the couch waiting for the vicodin to kick in so i could sleep.
