Does anybody know of anything herbal or OTC I can take to effectively reduce my blood pressure? I may have to begin taking medication because my blood pressure has been high for a long time... but I'm young. It's high even when I'm completely off of gear. I was off for the last four months and it's still high. What can I do? And if I begin medication, would I have to be concerned with gear/t3/clen, etc? I plan on starting a competition prep cycle soon, and I'm wicked psyched. thanks

Cayenne pepper capsules (100,000 HU by Nature's Way) and pure tomato juice several times a day. It might sound hokey, but I swear by it.

Anything high in potassium, yup. Avoid anything with added sodium, and cut back on your salt intake. Cayenne, by the way, is well known for its ability to regulate blood pressure.

Hey Musclehead, Just my two cents but i am 24yrs old and have high b/p and on meds for it for a while now. You did not state what your b/p was? but that aside take what your doc gives you, it will in the long term be beneficial for you and if your seriously going to be taking gear for the next few years it will play a mojor role in helping you not suffer from a cardiac incident further on in life. Most all b/p meds do not interfer with what your going to be taking, check with your doctor always. I am not discounting the use of herbal products whatever works in my opinion, but if you take gear and your health seriously ๐Ÿ™‚ That which does not kill us makes us stronger Friedrich neitzsche

why waste your time with this otc shit, go to your MD and get a script for the real thing. There's nothing illegal about high blood pressure!

Hey bro, I just posted about this same thing (thread is titled ??? on Blood Results) . I just go back from my doc, I am 24 and my BP is about the same as yours. He prescribed me 80mg of Diovan a day. I'll keep you updated on the results.
