i'm giving this NPP a go, along with a low dose of test....
what's the lowest dosage i can get away with, with out sacrificing the results???
here's my goals...
just getting back into jiu-jitsu/sub-wrestling and as some might know it's hellish the first month or two getting back into the swing of things!
i'm looking for the recovery aspects of NPP....
i was thinking if it's anything like Prop, i could get away with .5cc eod, or 1cc every two days....
your thoughts?
NPP is NOT good for BJJ imho. It will cause some bloat and the mass gains may get in your way with grappling. NVS and I have a friend who is the number 1 brown belt in BJJ in the world and just won the pan american games earlier this year. I talked to him about learning and he told me my size would def get in the way and I'd have to loose alot of size.
I would stress using things which will help in building up endurance like EQ since it's a helluva cardio workout and you'll need something to aid in recovery time. You want something which will cause no bloat whatsoever and also allow you to finish your 3 10min round sessions when grappling. It will also help strengthen your tendons which is great when there under so much stress.

yo fonz, thanks for the reply bud!let me also add, i'm 31, 6'1, and 195lbs, about 12-15% BF....yeah, i'm aware of the mass gains and bloat from NPP, buuuut, i've also heard great things about nandralone being great for tendons and recovery....
that's why i was planning on using a low dose...and not for actuall mass gains!
i've heard EQ is great for endurance, but i'm not into the looong half life....and i'm not trying the fast acting EQ, heard too many horror stories!
so, ya think 1cc every two days would be too aggresive??i.e.-

sun. - shot
As long as you keep the diet in check you'll be ok but if you eat more NPP will add size very easily. NPP is one of those aas that if you eat you'll grow simple as that.
A low dose would be benficial but run test with it b/c without it you'll regret it.
EQ dose have a long half life and NO don't run the short estered EQ b/c it makes most people rush to the ER from the fever and sickness that it causes.

i would look into prop and var...add some igf or HGH or some of the other newer peptides as well..

now, i know most would run NPP 100mg/eod...and see great results in muscle mass and strength....would cutting that dose in half be more suitable in my situation??
I'd only use 1/2 a ml every two days if you're only looking for the healing benefits. Doctors usually only prescribe 50mg of Nandrolone per week when patients use it for healing effects. So that just shows that you don't need that much of it if you're not using it to get huge. 100mg of Prop and .5ml of NPP every two days.
I'm bumping the Prop, Var, and HGH mix. That would turn anyone into a ripped bad ass.

I would def cut it down.Like I said NPP is one of the few aas that will always cause gains in terms of mass.It's just what it does.
Give it a try, the nice thing about NPP is it's in and out quick so you can adjust things easily.
