What has worked for years is what I am going to stick with, 22gauge 1.5". I do not need a shield, hell I would hope to get all of the test in my body from the shot and if not then I would be pretty damn pissed. I hope companies do not go to this, or else I am going to buy in bulk in order to get as many needles as possible. Peace bro! 😀 😀

well i dont know how new this is, but i bought a box last year, and they had those protective cover shields, i just always thought the needle bent like that, since a few times i was injecting from a weird angle, and could see the needle was bent, fuck, my worst nightmare would be to have that shit brake off while i was injecting or pulling out...BIG ANT

chill guys there will always be normal needles available, for lab/vet use. And I'm sure the new syringes probably cost more, so there are gonna be people who won't buy them. ie. people who buy them to self administer b-12 for pernecious anemia, etc.

Any of you guys try these new sheilding needles my guy at the hospital said that this is the new standard. I dont like them personaly because they seem to be a bit too, how do i want to say flexible. They bend real easy because of all the new plastic stuff atached to them to help shield the person adminastrating the shot. Let me know how you guys feel and if all brands are going this way. later grady.
