Hey all does anyone know the dosing of potassium to take with muscle cramps? Also, I am using clen and I remember something about taurine to take for cramps? Any input would be helpful.
when you use clen you pretty much get cramps for the first week or two its not that your running low on somethink not sure on the things you said but increasing you water intake helps
a winner never quits and a quitter never wins
I get cramps on clen and using Taurine and making sure my electrolytes like potassium are up helps a lot as does increased water.
why not just add in a few extra bananas a day to increase your potassium... to much potassium can do some bad things... also try and stay hydrated as much as possible

Thanks all I did increase the water and eat more foods with potassium I even added pedialyte which helped quite a bit. I am off clen now. I notice the stiffness and aching happening after running at work all day and then lifting. When I do cardio it is worse. I take a gallon of water a day so not sure but it really feels like muscle fatigue with aching all over.
Still wondering--I know I am not superwoman but everyone on here works and trains so what gives?
clen even gives me cramps in my freaking hands...i love the stuff but at certain doses i want to kill myself as well LOL
