Seems like a fairly logical conclusion since the addition of any androgen will reduce the amount of naturally produced estrogen in females, much like naturally occurs at the end of menopause, leading to a decrease in glandular breast mass.
We also know that in men androgens, either directly or via conversion to estrogen, can lead to increase in glandular tissue, where it would have (in an equimolar dose) the opposite effect on a female.
