Last thursday, I injected 250mg of Enanthate into the outer part of my left quad. The following day, there was about 4" in diameter that was numb. So about the size of a small pancake where I injected was numb. It has been a week and I still have no feeling in that part. Around the spot hurts a little. What's the deal? Did I hit a nurve? The injection went fine without any pain at all. Maybe I have an Abcess. Any info will help. Thanks

From what I've seen - when abcess developes - the spot turns yellow/blue the second day after the injection. Nurve is def a possibility if it's numb. However, from my experience - it hurts the very second you hit the nurve. I'm just guessing - you either have some bad reaction to BA content or you actually hit the nurve, but somehow didn't feel it. That's as much as I can help. and bump that for you Jay

Thanks buddy. I think the oil may have hit the nerve and not the needle, so maybe that's why it didn't hurt? This was the last shot out of the bottle so I dont think it was a bad reaction to the BA. If I hit the nerve, will I regain feeling back in that part of my leg or will it be numb the rest of my life?

my leg gets numb a lot for some reason since i started. i only shoot in my right glute.

If that's the nurve (probably is) - it won't be numb forever - It'd be ok in a couple of weeks. Once in a while you'll get some numbness in the future (2 - 3 months) - more like a nusance - doesn't bother at all.

How far did you get the pin in? I had the same thing happen once in my right delt. I didn't push the pin in far enough and I had this numb feeling in it with a tingling sensation in that area for about 2-3 weeks. It will be fine.

Nerve, you'll be fine. Change injection sites so your not always abusing the same area.

Cool, I'm glad it will go away. I pushed the needle in pretty far that time because last couple times I injected I didn't get it in deep enough and had a little bubble of oil sticking out of my skin and allot of oil leaked out. So now I know my leg isn't going to fall off or anything lol. Thanks for the help.
