...on my current cycle. I am busy at work currently and dont have time to search. If you knowledgable fellas could throw me a few tips to relieve the after injection soreness, I would appreciate it

I am doing 1cc Primo, and 1.2cc's Prop EOD. My first injection was Monday. I have another injection for tonight. I have previously read about the grapeseed oil but do not have any currently. Any tricks for the oils themselves to prevent the soreness?

Thanks guys, in advance,
Glenn

Try rubbing the site real good. I used to make my g/f rub the hell out of thigh when it was sore. Ice and heat usually work pretty good as well. I have heard guys also say you can try warming the syringe under warm water before injecting, to make it a little smoother.

I'm assuming this is not your first cycle? Where are you injecting at? What length and gauge needle are you using?

Make sure you have a steady hand when the needle is in the muscle, moving around too much will bruise it and cause inflammation. Other than what above6k mentioned there's not a lot you can do about it. Prop is most likely the problem, it's usually pretty painful.

I have done many cycles. I have only had mild soreness when I used Sust previously. But it has been two days since the injection, and the area is still rather sore. This is the first I have used prop.

I use a 23g 1" long needle. Two days ago was the first injection on the right arse cheek. Tonight I did warm the fluid in the pin, then injected.

I have heard the prop creates soreness on its own. But was wondering what remedies people have taken.
