well first off I stumbled into this forum somehow and found it interesting. While most of the topics and forums are way over my head, I saw that many of you might be more knowledgable than the car nuts at the forums I usually waste my time at. I had a question. I am 6' 3" and weigh 192 pounds. I weighed 213 at one point but I decided to stop lifting so I could get slim again. Anyways, I have no real visible fat on my whole torso and have a decent 6 pack and basically have a pretty lean build. However, I wish my lower body was just as lean. I think I have too much muscle on my lower body which I want to get rid of. It's just way too hard and I have no idea how to lose muscle in that area. I want my calves to be a lot skinnier and I want to have way skinnier thighs. I have decent sized quads and hamstrings from physical activity when I was a kid and when I was in high school a couple years ago. Anyways, my metabolism is definitely on the quick side but my diet blows ass. I eat anything pretty much. I skip breakfast cuz I always have morning classes and I eat fast food a lot and a lot of candy and just random junk. Probably the only healthy thing I eat is a chicken breast sometimes. What do I need to do in order to lose any existing fat on my lower body and as much muscle as I can on my lower body without totally losing too much muscle on my upper body? Oh and I think running just builds my calved up more. It sucks.

My abs are showing a little to much detail I think I might need to gain some fat somehow just to cover them up.????????????????????????
Ward - Might want to post this someplace else.. People here are interested in gaining muscle/size not loosing it.. Do a search for a weight loss forum. :nono: :nono:
Eat only one meal a day and do 2 hours of cardio a day u will lose all the muscle u want.
I was burning muscle back in college. I was a long distance runner. I Have a hard time gaining muscle in my legs now, let's see know..........what was my routine back then.................OH! Try running 57 miles a week.............that should help ya.....
At 6'3" and 193 pounds you are already to thin. I am 5'10" and 190 and I think I am to thin. No sympathy or help here. Leo17
I wont flame ya bro. You said you stoped training and eat junk, so if you want to lose muscle I'd keep doing what you are doing already. With no training and a bad diet you will lose a ton of muscle. Throw in an hour or 2 of cardio and you will be a toothpick. I really dont see why you would want to do this however.
This has to be a joke. If not go to: Howtobeaskinnyfag.com
u need more cowbell eerrrr i mean cardio
cardio... lots of running and you'll whither away just like you want
Thanks for the responses. I guess I am at the wrong forum but people at weight loss forums only know about losing fat mostly. I don't have fat to lose really. As for cardio...recently i stopped running because I thought that it made my calves and butt bigger but maybe thats because I only ran 3 miles a day on top of a shitty diet. Its a lose lose situation though because I want to maintain my torso exactly where its at but if I decrease consumption and do a whole bunch more cardio, i will probably be cutting into my goal to maintain my current upper body. This post wasnt a joke though...to the guy who thought it was haha. I'm serious. I guess everyone here might be a lot bigger than me. I have a pretty normal build though, I dont think around 190 is light at all for someone whos 6 3. also another question. what would riding the bike in the gym do for me? Can this help me out in achieving my goal or will it just make my legs bigger? What about the bike that u are sitting and pedaling on with your legs out in front of you? Thanks
190 at 6'3" is skinny bro.. maybe you have a distorted body image.... i'm not knocking you but if you legs are a certain size and you dont really work them and they are naturally that size i dont think you will get themany smaller. as for the size of others, i'm 6inches shorter than you and 20-25lbs heavier... i think you might be over obsessing or in a spot where nothing much can be done.
And people call bodybuilders wierd.........
Must be nice to gain muscle by accident...
