It depends on what you call negative outcomes. A single man might wake up beside something very scary at those dosages.

I am going to start this treatment as soon as i can
I have already bought the hcg.
10 ampules of 2000 ui and I pretend to start on december.
The clomid and tamoxifeno are here too.
After i finhish the treatment i will come back again and tell us how was my result.

yeh 2000iu eod is pretty high imo, but I've never tried it. Perhaps in your case the extreme is requried - fro someone with a mild cycle and normal pct 500iu eod seems to work well.

Let us know how it goes. Decided how to run Clomid/nolva?

And what about trt?

I agree with you zircon that the dosage is pretty high, but like you said, in my case is requiried this dosage.
I prefer to take the hcg like my doctor said, because if i take another dosage and doesn't work with me, i will be very disappointed for doesn't follow what my doctor said.
Man, You don't know what is almost 3 years without libido, it's terrible.
It is the most terrible thing that can happen with a man.
I am prepared for everything that this treatment can cause in me.
I remember that you said that i would try 750 ui per day and if i would try this dosage , why not try 1000 ui per day( is the same thing of taking 2000 ui eod) isn't it??
I read one time a person that was without libido for 2 years and he took a high dosage of hcg , i don't know wihch dosage and he recovered his libido again.

Im going to take this:

weeks 1 - 3 : 2000 ui hcg ( every other day) like my doctor said.
weeks 1 - 11 or 15 : 20 mg /day tamoxifeno
weeks 1 - 11 or 15 : 100 mg /day Clomid and after i reduce for 50 mg/day Clomid .

Do you think zircon that is necessary to take 100 mg/day Clomid or 50mg/day is enough?

And have you ever had any experience with hcg?? if yes, which is your height dosage ??

And about trt, my sorry but i don't know what is it mean.

I have used even higher dosages when after my second cycle of Deca, i did not recover for 8 to 9 months.

Personally i had used twice a week shots of 5000 Iu each for three weeks along with nolva at 40mg and Clomid at 100mg for weeks 1 thru 8.

Recovered fine and actually my test levels went higher than they ever before.

i think your protocol looks fine and you should be seeing some positive results.

The Key to recovery is to KEEP GOING AT IT till it happens.

I used it at 1000 iu's ed for ten days, after a heavy cycle. My testicles were extremely atrophied and I had no sex drive when I started the hcg. By the end of ten days every thing was back, better than normal. Good Luck
