I know the directions say to take em a half hour before each meal, but will it make a difference if taken with the meal. And why if it does?

Here's what I do...take 8 hydroxycuts with a pound of steak and 5 potatoes. Then in about half an hour......IT HAPPENS, sending me straight to the shitter for the next three hours!! Man does that burn some calories!!! 😀 JK man. taking them with a meal probably isn't the way to go, and it definately isn't as potent of a feeling compared to an empty stomach, besides another benefit from ephedrine products are the ability to suppress appetite.

Take it a half hour or so before the meal, then you shouldn't eat as much because it's supposed to decrease your appitite. I work at GNC and prefer Xenedrine. Which is a much better/stronger product and more cost effective. Send that Hydroxycut back to the store and get you a full refund, even if you opened it. Xenedrine is the way to go bro. Peace

Save a lot of money and stop supporting Cytodine and Muscletech. Buy a generic brand for about half the cost. Same exact ingredients. Take on an empty stomach for best absorbtion. I buy from Vitanet.com. Best prices I have seen.

always take them on an empty stomach, i get a better kick and better appetite suppression that way. just my 2 cents.
