i can not believe that you are able to do painless calf prop shots?
HR what about lats?
yeah JB , I couldnt either, but quads were out of the question & glutes
were not much fun either, my job is real physical so the pain was unbearable, after the first 1 or 2 times on the calves it was go time
my calves are small so maybe that made it easier, not sure, but I had to do somthin just to be able to get around jobsite

I'm limping just thinking about it! I'd probably pin right into a trigger point and faint.
LOL

And we'll collect the moments one by one. I guess that's how the future's done. Feist, "Mushaboom", 2005

<grin> when doing lats i need to grab the opposing elbow with one hand to lever the opposing hand close enough to get the job done!
Really JB? I just tried that technique (without pinning) and it seems very effective. Hmm, I wonder if lats may be my next choice after glutes. How is the pain in the lats?
no more painful than other sites, in fact usually painless.
