I can't seem to get my bicep out of the way to hit my glute.
I maybe able to stick the pin in , but I don't think I can draw back (check) with one hand to make sure I'm not in a vein.
Does anyone have a method in hitting the glutes ?
I'm running out of places.
Rock On!

How would that help if I can't even get both hands back there?
Thanks

Why do you need both hands? Call me crazy, but I've never once aspirated. I've nicked a vein a few times I reckon and gotten a dreaded cough that lasted a minute or two, but not biggie. Just pin the tail on the donkey. Twist around, pick a spot, and dart that baby in.
What would happen if you main lined tren or test ?

are you able to hold the syringe against your body while you pull out using just your thumb or one of your fingers? like, hold it with your thumb and middle finger while you use your pointer to pull back.
I maybe able to do so .
I just don't want to bruise myself there .
My wife is a nurse and has never know I've been doing gear for well over 20 years.
And a bruise there would be the perfect give away.

well a bruise can happen whether you aspirate or not. If you it a blood vessel it may bleed out and cause some bruising. My massage therapist felt a lump in my upper glute/hip area from a tren/test injection and I told her I got kicked there and it's bruised. You can aspirate with one hand though. when you stick it in the muscle, you then adjust your grip to where you can use your forefinger on the "hilt"? to hold the syringe down while you push the plunger back with your thumb.

Thanks I'm aware of that .
And I believe I get the picture of your method .

To most the marathon is the ultimate test of human endurance. To us it's just the cool down!
Pain is temporary - Quitting lasts forever
Regardless of how hard you train - The time is going to go by anyway so if you are going to throw a leg over your bike you may aswell bust you ass, make as many watts / do as many intervals as you can.
I also don't see any need to use two arms while doing glute injections. To aspirate I just use my thumb and the ring finger to pull the plunger while using the back of the index and middle finger (the part just below the nails) to press the "wings" at the ed of the barrel to keep the syringe in place.
I maybe able to do so .

Ok, this is Saturday. It's a day off for me, so I won't discuss this. I will not discuss this. I will not post a comment on this conflict. I will be supportive of my brothers on the board. I will not make points about.......
I'd better leave now..........Arrrrrgh!
