MILK.....YUM....I LOVE MILK. Seriously though, I think milk is a great way to add serious mass.

I think I'll stick with the skim/fat free for 5 days and hit 2% for 2 days. I'll be sure to do some cardio (3 days, 30 mins) and pick up some flaxeed as well. Thanks for the feedback 🙂

hey man u could also try Lactaid 1% milk...i cant drink milk and that one is perfect for me and the taste is pretty good...give it a try...100% lactose free Quiet E.
