JGUNS posted a thread a while back on why tren is so effective at fat burning. I doubt it has anything to do with igf-1 as I have taken long r3IGF-1 and had better results recomping with tren.

when I ran Tren E with test at 500 mgs per week (600 for the test) I put on musle mass while stripping fat - I got ripped as hell even as I gained weight

What sort of sides were seen at 400mg/day?
I agree that tren makes you look much leaner. I tried 200mg/day for a week but had to cut back as I was getting very hostile.
100mg/day seems to be a good amount for me.

Wasn't one side unbearable joint pains?
I remember E2 stating using a pretty high dosage in conjunction with high-dose Eq. I believe he stated getting awesome results, but was hampered by joint problems. It was posted at AF. Another guy posted on his friend using 400mg's/d, but he also had joint problems as well.
The highest i've gone is between 75-100mg's/d. I'd have to agree with Tren's fat burning effects. It gives your body a total positive transformation. It also, and I don't know the reason why either, prevents you from adding on fat, at least this was the case in my experience.
I'm able to drop my Kcals lower on Tren (even with t3) without muscle loss. When bulking, if my diet is semi-clean, especially with low GI carb choices, I am still veiny and never seem to get that smooth look.....even with high dose test.
I'm gonna be adding tren into the mix here soon, which will be interesting to see its effects on me since I am proabably at least 15% BF right now and will try to add some size back with minimal fat gain, while also using moderately high test and D-bol.
Due to being lazy and sick these past 2 months, i've developed that Skinny--fat syndrome....
I have the ol' 10-yr reunion coming up in 6-7 weeks, so I have to do something...lol.

I'll parlay that also...doesn't matter what I run,,abombs, Dbol, deca, don't matter,,I won't gain a pd even though I try and eat more whereas in the past I never had a problem putting weght on with less cals.

The more you weigh, the more you have to eat. If you're not eating enough, you won't gain. If you're eating excess cals, you're guaranteed to gain. Cant say whether it'll be fat or muscle, but you'd def. gain.

The more you weigh, the more you have to eat. If you're not eating enough, you won't gain. If you're eating excess cals, you're guaranteed to gain. Cant say whether it'll be fat or muscle, but you'd def. gain.
Yeah sounds logical doesn't it but nada,,you can throw that eating excess cals out the window on tren,,sorry, at least for me. I've weighed 20pds more than I do now eating less cals.
