hey guys how you doing? I'm thinking about going on again for the first time in 2 years. Now last year I had surgery on my shoulder and have not been able to put most of the weight back on I lost after surgery. I was wondering what my dosages should be? Since it's been a while and I don't weigh anything near what I used to would it be ok to put on nice gains on a mass cycle that might be recommended towards a first timer?

if you've been off for 2 years you could go with a pretty light cycle and make impressive gains... you'll probably blow up REAL fast considering you say you are a lot smaller now than you were. muscle memory is amazing to watch fill out after a layoff

Depends on what you'd be running. I would assume you could start off with 500mg test with Dbol @ 25mg ED for the first 4-5 weeks and make sick gains. the dbol sounds low, but i don't care who you are... you can make gains off that if you eat and train well.

Take it slow bro, you just had shoulder surgery last year so your supporting structures are going to be weak, (such as rotator cuff, etc). If you go on a cycle without the proper pre work, sure your strength and size will go up, but what is going to happen when you try to bench 4 plates and your shoulder can't handle the stress? I suggest you give it at least one more year of recovery, supplementing to build a good strong shoulder rather than bulkinng up and risking another injury. One year is just enough to get back to normal, going on a cycle might push you too fast and your shoulder's can really get fucked up next time. Take it from me bro, I've done enough damage to my own body!

If you do decide to go on a cycle, keep your upper body lifts in the 10-15 rep range and definitely don't go under 6 reps on your lifts, especially as your strength increases.

I been off for a few years now and thats the exact cycle I'm doing except I'm frontloading with prop and starting the dbol 2 weeks in(just started it)-- just a week before the ethan starts to kick in then I up the dose to 30mg for 3 weeks-- it works a little better for me to take the dbol then I feel like I'm doing my first cycle all over again-- you would'nt belive what I'm feeling off of 100 mg of prop eod and 20mg dbol-- -- sure makes a difference being off for a long while
