LOL, You guys are cool. VS may not have the same affect on others that it had on me. I believe that using it combined with creatine and BCAA's feed my muscles. But the key to it all was the training. I dont agree with the "if you think you are working out you will gain muscle mass. That is just like not having a job and thinking you have money, you are still broke. Let me clear something up, when I was working out I wasnt doing it to go in public and get the ooohs and ahhh's because I had size and defintion. I worked out to perform at a high level in sports. The ohhhs and the ahhhs came when I cashed my check every monday!
I can't say I agree, because if you know what you're doing then you'll get the permanent look, if you don't you'll face down on the end of roids, going back to where you started the "trip".

Well, maybe I was a little too sharp there...but I mean, when rookies hit the roids (almost a perfect example) they start injecting and waiting for things to happen. Things starts to happen and they dunno what it is. Nor do they keep a high enough protein intake so the body will actually use the protein synthesis the steroids often increase. And they keep water like all other people, because they don't use Nolvadex etc. So they increase weight, and get a bigger look until the end of the cycle where they don't know what to do to keep what they have "earned". Until they find clomid and figure out that they actually gotta keep working out and keep on eating to keep their size they're back to 0 again.
So as I tried to explain in the last post, I believe it's all about the user, what do you know and what do you NOT know (which you have to learn before you decide to cycle, if you wanna keep the gains). For a PRO, it's much easier to keep the gains and mass, that's hard earned - because he'll know what to do. And what causes things and what does not.

Fluffy I think I know what you are talking about but still steroids give you a cosmetic effect that is hardly permanent.The vascularity due to increased blood volume,increased glycogen storage etc. and the "skin texture" are highly temporary.
That's why I thought things like VS theoretically may be worthwhile if you want to maximize " the look" for a contest or whatever.

Nolvdex helps with water retention but not to the extent of femera or l-dex.
I look at steroid cycles as a number of stairs. You start at the bottom and on cycle you climb five or six steps after the cycle provided you continue to train and eat properely, you will still regress some perhaps as much as three steps. But on your next cycle your already on the third step and you progress to step number nine, after cycle you return to step number six. Therefore and so on.

Well yeah, most of the time it only gives you a temporary vascularity, but I believe that if you use f.ex winstrol, it hardens you up - and with the correct usage, I've seen guys "seem" hard after going off. But on most testo, deca etc. it doesn't work that way.
