ok here we go.. im kick starting my cycle with methanbol tabs. Right now i am running around 35 mg's a day. i am now into week 3 and have not really noticed to much of a gain. I have off and on days it seems at the gym and i have gone up maybe 1-2lbs at the most. Think i should bump it up to 50 mg/day or am i just being impatient? I did 1 previous cycle before with test cyp.
And yes... i am not using the Dbol by itself!

First off, quit weighing yourself on a daily basis!!i know it's hard not to hit the scale first thing in the morning or whatever, but that's not the idea here....
Alot of guys will say 35mg/day at your weight should be just fine...if you wanted to bump it up, i would say 50mg/day max.
If your main goal is to gain weight, look at your diet.Go ahead and post it up, and let some guys critique it.
What else are you using....i'm assuming Test of some sort....what's your dosage, and shot frequency??
everyone is different when it comes to gear and how they react to it.me personally i have to take a higher dosage when it comes to the pills,not sure why but this is how it is for me on all pills.for me when i was taking 50 mgs of D-bol i would get major back pumps so i knew that that was the most i wanted to take,you may try bumping it to 40 mgs for a couple days if your still not feelin it bump to 50 mgs.good luck and happy growing bro

yea.. its hard not to get on the scale.my diet consist of about 200 g of protein a day and about 2000 calories.. i know thats not much, but i was just expecting a little more of a reaction from the dbol.andropen 1cc monday and thursday
the only orals i have ever gotten results from were t-bol & Anavar...
d-bol & drol do nothing for me for some reason...they kill my appetite & give me stomach cramps...dont know why but they do...

I think that's your problem right there.A 200 pound person requires *at least* 2,500 cals a day.If you're only getting about 2,000 then you can rest assured that you'd see better results by adding 1-2,000 more cals a day.Try to get some more food in ya, bro.
i think you need to seriously bump up your calories. i eat almost twice that amount and im not on a cycle yet. i do a lot of physical labor at work, so im always burning them off. im sure i eat a lot more than i say i do, but its hard for me to count everything everytime i eat. im not that organized. i try my best to eat every two hours. it may just be a quick sandwich while at work, or a slab of meat and pasta. also try to eat a few fruits in between the meals. a banana here, an orange there, it all adds up at the end of the day. eat as if today is the last day you'll ever get food. my size went up dramatically my first month of changing my diet, adn thats all i did, no AS or PH, i just started to eat a lot more and cut out the junk food as much as possible.
Hey bro. The FDA suggests you need your bodyweight x 16 just to keep your weight. At 190 that equals 3,040 cals everyday. Eat some more and Grow. I weigh 170 and eat about 4,500 cal everyday. Good luck!

I believe your answer to not gaining what you wanted is in your diet.if you want help with that, post up your food intake and you'll see people critique you there...you'll get good help.
with the andropen, i would split it like this....1cc sunday eve/1cc thursday morn...

That's wierd because I'm the exact same way. I got fairly good pumps with Dbol, but I didn't gain much weight. I tried Drol for a week and absolutely hated it because the only thing it did was make me feel like crap. Both Tbol and Var give me tons of strength and I gain weight like crazy.
Anyway, the calories are your problem. Your body is in a highly anabolic state, and that means that your body is able to utilize more calories and protien towards building muscle. If you're not giving your body those extra calories and that extra protien then you shouldn't expect much to happen. Dbol is an old school steroid, and you should use old school techniques to get the most out of it. Those techniques are just lift heavy and eat as much as possible.
