ok so i have never posted before but to be honest i have never felt the need to until now. so obiously i need some advice. i recently found out that i wont be able to use any aas anymore or for about three years. i know that there is no miracle drug and everything is a combination of your diet and so forth but aas kind of give me that push that i have always looked for. for the past three years i have been using and now i have to stop so i am confused on what to do, actually i am a little depresed and need some quality advice. i still want to gain and i still want to train but i kind of feel like the world has come down on me. this may seem a little stupid but thats just how i truley feel. i don t want to stop my training whatsoever but what should my next step be and what kind of supps can i take that actually work without robbing me of my money. im looking to gain quality lean muscle. thanx for the advice
What is the reason why you have to stop?
a couple reasons i care not to talk about no ofense
i've heard good things about dazed's 1-test. im thinking about getting some myself for now (cant afford real gear right now, and this is actually cheaper). I have heard of people stacking it with real gear and 4ad (which dazed also makes). but i cant find any results of people that stacked the 4ad with the 1-test, but most who have tried the 1-test have seemed pleased. good luck and pm if you can find anyone who has tried 4ad with the 1-test
well someone told me to use vpx's cyponate 4ht but how effective can that be compared to the real deal?
If he's on probation or something, won't 1-test show up as test? How old are you gitnbig? If you're in your twenties, three years isn't that bad. Go natural for three! I'd get bulk whey proteins and some creatine, and eat lots of good foods. After three years though, imagine what you'd be like with a little extra help!!!
take the time off to fine tune your diet and training... instead of thinking of this time as a setback, think of it as a time to learn exactly how your body works. focus on your conditioning and strength. learn to push yourself on your own... then, when the time comes and you can give AAS another shot, you will be at another level than you are now. you will once again explode in size and strength and will amaze yourself at your progress. its all the mentality you take going into something that determines what you get out of it. good luck bro, the time will fly by faster than you can possibly imagine it will.
yea basically probation... what should i look at for my diet. are weight gainers worth it for someone who has a slow metabolism?
thanx ripper i appreciate it!
Originally posted by gettingbiig yea basically probation... what should i look at for my diet. are weight gainers worth it for someone who has a slow metabolism? basically just find out what works best for you... try adjusting your carb/fat/protein ratios and calorie intake until you find out where your body packs on the beef. find out what ratios you need for your best strength gains. find out what you need to eat to maximize fat loss... theres a lot you can learn about your body and how it reacts to everything you put in it. you can try different weight gainers, but what im talking about is on a grander scale than just sampling different brands. as for the training, say your biceps are lagging... try doing different excercises and routines to find out what you need to make them grow (heavy weights? more volume? less voluem?). by finding htis out OFFcycle you can apply the information while on cycle to make crazy gains. reasoning: if you work them at all on cycle then most likely they'll grow. if you work them off cycle maybe they will maybe they wont', but if you find out that standing barbell curls really packs on the bicep mass when off cycle and preacher curls dont' do shit then when you go back ON you can stop wasting time with preacher curls and do standing barbell curls and you'll get much better growth than if you'd never found out which excercises worked for you and which ones didnt'.
yah first thing is acceptance, of the new situation, and the second is to make the best of it... In other words, its time to get motivated not depressed. Go to that gym,and hit it hard, and eat good, and don't look backand ignore negative psychological signs the best u can, and force forward. Hell u might soon find yourself feeling like u're in the best overalll atleast athletic shape u've ever been.
my adivce dont stop training, at first it will be hard to me motavated but after some time you probally should feel better also this one is kinda hard but stay away from posting boards that talk about juice......when it not in your face it wont be in your mind...just like trying to stop anyother drug use disasouate your self from it
