For me EQ hands down. I've never liked deca myself.

I've tried Norma, and the Original Deca, plus three or so diff. equiposes. I react well to deca but not eq., everyones different. If you do a test, deca cyc, you will bloat quite a bit, antiestrogens should be taken. Deca gave me a bit of gyno, which went away with cardio. i get good results with 600mg deca. I've done only up to 400-500 a week with eq., which may explain my so so experience

no steroid is better than deca in 'lubricating' the joints. you actually feel much stronger. well worth a try.

they're both excellent choices...if you have sore joints, go with deca...i'll generally run deca with test for 10 weeks, then shift to test with eq for another 10-12 weeks...had some concerns about eq and tendon tears, but recently read that it actually helps avoid collagen related tendon/lig problems...

Does everyone know of any research of Deca lubricating the joints? I hear this in a lot of places. But Could it be just masking the pain of a painful shoulder or joint?? For me deca does make a few of my joints feel better, but so do other steroidsthat make me hold more intra and extracellular fluid ( bloat, basically). Any articles on this?

EQ makes me nutty but it seems very synergistic with androgens. Deca I alway like because of the very few sides I have with it even at high doses but doesnt seem to have the syngergism with androgens that EQ has. Winney and EQ is a great combo for dieting I think and EQ and Cyp or some test is good for size and strength. IMO.....
