want to make liquid clem , does it dissolve in water , does one just add the amount wanted into each vial , and then use it like test susp in water.

You should be careful when working with CLENbuterol or any other powder that is active in mcg amounts. You cant just through it in water and use it. It has to be done right or you can overdose easily.
