Most noticible with tren(all esters) but not uncommon from the compounds you've mentioned. Drol disrupts my sleep so that could be whats causing yours. Ive never expierienced it with test.

I have been noticably restless during my current cycle....probably cause of the Tri-tren. I also have carzy crazy dreams. According to my GF i also say some crazy things. Last week she said i started cursing then i grabbed her pillow and threw it off the bed as i told her to shut up hahaha. She laughed about it in the morning with me.

I don't know if this has any validity or not, but my doctor told me once
that doing shots (of Androgens) at night time can cause sleep disturbance,
so it is better to take your shots in the morning. So I always take my
shots in the morning. Don't know if there is any scientific reason to back
this up. My family doc always told me to take Benadryl for a sleep aid
cause it is not habit forming. Works pretty well for me too.

could be also that there is some tension brought on when taking shots so that may get your adrenaline and heart rate up so it makes it harder to sleep after a shot as well. a bit of a psychological thing.

I have experienced this also for the first 2-3 weeks of my cycle. Make sure you consume NO caffine after 5pm. and I would suggest doing some meditation stuff before bed if it's still bothering you. My last suggestion work hard to stay away from prescription OR OTC sleeping meds. find a way around them someway or somehow, etc.

It could also be the extra realse of chemicals into your body. How long have you been on your cycle? Take me almost 3-5 weeks to get use to the body growing, changing, etc.
