It causes a big increase in red blood cell production, and more red blood cells means more oxygen, and for some reason that leads to more hunger. Vitamin B12 can increase red blood cells too and that's why some people have slightly increased hunger when taking B12 shots. I'm not entirely sure as to why having more red blood cells would make you hungrier, but if you look it up you'll see that they go hand in hand. Boldenone was originally intended to be a very long acting injectable form of Dianabol, but it ended up becoming the exact opposite. Dianabol can actually decrease red blood cells and that's why some people lose their appetite when taking it; that's also another reason that people run out of breath easier when taking Dbol.
