question for you all, doing 500mg/wk of sust250 and 400mg/wk of deca all in one 3cc shot, twice per week on the glutes. question is that althought he soreness/pain is not that bad, and I get no lumps, I do get a small black and blue mark where injected. can some neosporin be used for this and also to help aid in the recovery, since I only plan on using the glutes to inject. taking about 5-6 min to inject the entire 3cc's so taking it slow on the injection is not a problem, also I'm warming up the syringe before insertion and of course, I'm using alcohol swabs before and after. any thoughts.

maybe divide your shot into 2 seperate shots, that way theres not soo much pressure in the 1 pocket u put the shot into. Also I had a nurse putting mine in when i first started and i whent up to 2cc in a shot but it never took 5-6minutes, i wouldnt leave the needle in soo long.... also if its not that painfull u can just keep doing what your doing there shouldn't be anything wrong and maybe you will just develop good pockets and there will be no problem in the future.

thanks bro - yeah, pain, if you want to call it that, since it's a slight pain, only lasts for a couple of days, then turns a little black and blue, but no pain or lumps....so hopefully it's no prob. thanks though.

using 22g, 1.5" pins. tried 23g but was way too small in my opinion for the oil.
