I haven't exactly started my cycle yet.. or.. do i really even know what i wanna take.. maybe Dbol'>D-bol/test/nolv clomid following.. or can primo be mixed with d-bol or test?.. am I likely to keep more then half my gains if I follow the cycle proberly?.. is using clomid at the end really gonna help? I've been reading on how certain drugs..winny and primo are ranked pretty high on keeping gains.. but like d-bol and test is ranked low... I really wanna stick with oral pills.. and not injection.. I mean I'm 25.. i'm not doing this to better anything athletic.. I do kickbox but don't compete.. mainly cause I enjoy it.. Pretty much want a decent body from the help of gear.. but I wanna do this right.. I wanna know what I can do to gain and keep.. meaning if i must take 2-3 cycles.. I do not want to do this forever... but just hoping with the help and properly using it.. I can keep most of the gains and hopefully maintain after one year of cycles.. ya know what i mean? i'm 5'8 150lbs.. I would love to get atleast 15lbs of lean muscle mass... really don't care if I get any more.. as long as I'm happy with the results.. just want the "model" physique... if anyone can help.. that be great.. thanks!

just lift heavy and eat heavy right now, you can gain some weight. i was 5' 9" 140 at 19 yrs. at 21 i was almost 200 lbs, just from lifting and eating and eating and eating. Do it right. If youve tried that and want to use gear try something like the following: -test cyp 400mg/wk, 2 injects wk -deca 400mg/wk, 2 injects wk

My first cycle was Sust500/Deca400 and I gained 30lbs. Clomid is necessary and will help you keep your gains. Try to rid yourself of the notion that Primo and Winny are wonder drugs just based on that ranking you saw. True, they are both great drugs and have their place and you will probably keep the gains you make from Primo and Winny but the gains will be modest and come with a high price (at least for the Primo anyway and that's assuming that it is real Primo). Go with Test/Deca as mentioned above. You won't be sorry. Doc

Dbol's gains are lost easily , so put it at the begining of the cycle if u are going to use it , and stack it with a longer lasting ester like test or deca . Winstrol at the end of any cycle can help solidfy gains , but is not necessary to keep a lot of your gains . If u wanna keep most of your gains always remember HCG plus Clomid/Nolvadex post cycle to boost your own test levels and minimise estrogen effects. Post cycle Creatine , Glutamine and Tribulis Terrestris will also help u maintain a bit a size and strength and boost natural test. I know u said u dont want to inject , but oral only cycles are not going to give u the results u want , and they are far more dangerous than injectables (more side effects). Go with a oral + injectable.

if you are doing a cycle only to look good and not for bodybuilding or other sports, then dont do it bro. What you have is called "frat boy syndrome" which commonly leads to ILS "Imaginary Lat Syndrome". not bustin your balls, but doing something so serious is stupid just to look good.......

I agree..Go as far as you can go without AAS, which means train, eat, train, and eat some more..Make sure you are consuming enough protein/carbs and dont worry about the model look right now at this stage in the game... Then after you have gained and have a decent base, then do a lot of research and make the decision.. Just my 2 cents..

tlhot, bodybuilding is a sport and is completely different than working out to look good. i am saying that it is stupid to risk the side effects of steroids just in order to look good. if you dont need to take them then DONT!!! before i started amatuer bodybuilding, i played collegiate rugby just like you for 4 years, even made it to the all-american team, which justified my use of AAS in order to make me one bad ass MOFO on the pitch. When i graduated, i immediately began training as a bodybuilder which led me to continued use of AAS. i take alot of risks in my use, but i need to because it enables me to be competitive with the others on stage. IF YOU DONT HAVE TO TAKE THE RISKS, DONT CHEERS

I think the use of AAS for bodybuilding is to the extreme.. so of course your at risk.. your doing more cycles.. pumping more gear into you.. on the other hand.. if you use it to look decent.. maybe 2-3 mild cycles ... more of a lifestyle and not has a sport.. I do kickbox, but I for sure need more strength and weight to compete, I know of a few ppl in high school that did it for looks.. and they turned out just fine. But the ultimate goal is not to intiminate the guy i'm fighting in the ring.. its too feel good about myself.

if your on anti-ds already for a while and ur still depressed, i would stay away from steroids but definitely hit the gym hard and eat eat eat and lots of protein thats it...you may have some serious problems that are aggravated a lot by the use of AAS and will make you only worse off ... especially when you come off the cycle like TOOBIG said, might want to re-think this decision, even though it may sound like a cure all to feeling better, working out i believe is good for this, but AAS to get big...im not sure you realize but the stuff will mess with your head too and if you have problems it might make them much worse.. ie. get big, but more depressed/anxious....i would take a look deeper at the root of your problem before choosing this route -T

Using gear at 150 pounds and 5'8' is fucking ridiculous. You can gain the 15 pounds within a year just by eating right but everyone always thinks there's a quick fix. The best advice was this 'IF YOU DONT HAVE TO TAKE THE RISKS, DONT' 3 cycles may do nothing but you could also get problems somewhere from them. This isn't a game.
