I am looking for volunteers to post up some "basic" subjects for newer members. this might include basic cutting cycles, basic anabolic cycles both for endurance guys as well as bodybuilder typs. basic workouts, cardio and the like. anyone want to volunteer?
jb
You mean providing theoric background along with the basic cycles? I'm in.

It would interesting to know what sport/s the memebers are ie triathletes, roadies, track, mtb'ers,bb's, runners, fighters, martial, rugby(I could go on and on), just for the purpose JB mentioned.

Are you talking about stickys or just posting basics in a thread?

either way I'd like to help. I'm just a recreational BB but I do know a little something.

it would be nice to make them a seperate group in a special forum. when a new member comes along and asks, "hey, what do i do for pct"" we could refer him/her to the pct reference thread. we could make them stickies. it may also be useful to make both a bodybuilder thread and an endurance thread.
where do you want to start hoggman? how about we start a thread that comes up with the basic questions and then see if we can get members to tackle them.
jb
I like the special forum idea. Maybe start a thread first and see what kinda participation we get.
