I have only used his brand or arimidex and I love it, but I only use it when I feel an itch coming on at .5mg/day for about a week along with 20mg nolva/day to get rid of the symptoms.

I like to use adex throughout the cycle on a daily basis (especially if I'm using susp or dbol). It keeps the bloat down and estrogen related sides to a minimum. Presently using 800mg/cyp, 600mg/deca, 30mg dbol/ed and .5mg adex daily. The gains are solid with minimal water retention.

Are you prone to gyno and/or water retention? You could always go .25 eod, plus 20mg nolva on those days your not taking the Arimidex, and see what happens.

I prefer to pay over the odds for zeneca stuff. Others love it - I wasnt convinced. and because it doesnt come with a box (LOL!) I dont know what Im getting. I must be getting paranoid.

i have tried dosing different ways...im currently taking in 2 shots of test a week and on those days I take .5 mg...keeps bloat down, and minor estrogenic sides down to a minimum...BK
