Anybody gotten this yet, I have seen mixed reviews How is it on discussing cycles? BM
It doesn't go into any depth in discussing cycles. At the beginning it gives some sample cutting and bulking cycles in table format, but it just lists different drugs and how long touse them, no detail. I like the book. There was obviously a lot of work put into it, but it isn't a "how-to" book at all. It's a reference book. It's true that the info in it is free on the net, but it's still convenient to have it in book form.
"Built To Survive" by Michael Mooney looks OK. I know it focuses on the role A/S plays in HIV+ men but it goes into detail apparently about cycles and how to use them to 'better' your health. The author stated in a recent article that the Uni of Colorado use it as a text.
The book is more or less a repeat of what you can find on the 'net. Print the info that you find on sites such as this one and save some money.
There is better info just on this site. Much better pictures too. They aren't even color. Bill Lywellen writes like a fuckin third grader. Mangler there was not much hard work at all put into that book. If you read a lot of the same information is ued for a lot of the drugs. $40 something for it???? Save your money.
The book has some valuable info on spotting fakes, and is a nice (but incomplete) reference of what there is out there and who makes it
Definetely not enough info....save your money and stick with this board.
