Had a question about my tracking number because it had not been posted, customer support guy was happy to give it to me over chat and apologized it had not been updated yet. Great customer support team.
Package was wrapped many times in bubble wrap and and a card board case to cover it. Never had anything show signs of damage.

This website is definitely the best one out there like literally the best one! I don't know how this website is not in first place.
