seperation of gh ?

Is it possible seperate a bulk amount of gh into smaller ,usable amounts. only concerned about the possibility of damaging the gh while seperating it ? if this stuff is so delicate , and they can put it into smaller containers , why could not it be done at home ? not concerning temp or sterility , for the ba in the inj water ,and doing it quickly , , Will take care of those . .......as it can go with out refrigeration for a long enough time as where temp will not be a concern.
