In order to get any (noticable) benefit from slin is it true that you have to take it throughout the day and not just PostWorkout? Any experiences? Thanks BB
I ONLY take it post workout. IMO taking slin throughout the day is very dangerous. Some take it first thing in AM then post workout. But for me I've made unreal gains on 10IU's (adjust according to your bodyweight) post workout with creatine and a protein shake

That is the kind of question that could get you in bad shape! Get the facts and the risks first. Not to make me and example but I've wanted to use slin for a while now (like 8 months) but just recently I've decided I know enough to use it. I'll be using 4-6 I.U a day just post workout.
dewd slin can kill you just as fast as a bullet in the chest . if you don`t kow how to use it and get caught with one of the sides when you are not expecting it its lites out mabey you wake up mabey not !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please study up on it before you even think about loading up a pin there are many aas sites that will tell you every thing you should know and if you feel comfortable and have a good doc go talk to him ,tell him your intentions and i`m sure he can point you in the right direction
Not to be messsed with for sure. I got best results from twice a day shots, post workout (training 2x/day). Can be potentially fatal though, have seen someone almost slip out of consciousness due to insufficent carbs post slin, not the easiest thing to do, try and feed someone as they start drifting off.
