I am going to start using Humilin r with GH. I am reading diff. threads on how and when to take it. I am going to start with 2iu. a day with 2iu of GH. My concern is how to change my eating schedual to take the shot of insulin. Here is a complete log of my eating times and training times. Can anyone suggest what may work best.
Breakfast 6am
6eggs white
40z oatmeal
16 oz oj
8am
Bagel with peanut butter
10
Lean Body Shake with water
noon
8 oz beef
4oz rice
vegges
2pm
muscle milk with skim milk
4pm
lean body shake with water
workout from 5-6pm
with carbo force
7pm dinner
8oz beef
4 oz rice
greens
9pm
sweet potato
cup of fat free cottage cheese
My body weight is 200lbs, very lean.
Am currently using 2iu gh in am before breakfast
750ml test enan.
I want to use slin but i want more opinions on when to take it. Should I have a protein shake after workout and eat dinner later. If so wht should I have for a shake. And my other concern is the fat content in my dinner. how long should I wait to eat.
Thanks for the help[

As a rule of thumb, you should injest 10 grams of simple carbs(sugar) per iu of insulin following the injection. This prevents you from going hypo. Most ppl take slin postworkout followed by a recovery shake. In the morning on nonworkout days.

thanks for the info. I am going to start with 2iu for a week to make sure my body reacts okay. I have been doing my homework and hope that this will give the gh a boost. Do you think using a carbo force for sugar source will be fine. then on the off day use with my breakfast. That will have oj and oatmeal a fast and slow sugar source?
2 iu's is a very conservative dose. You probably don't have to worry about going hypo as long as you're eating some carbs. Carbo force looks like a pretty good carb formula(except for the fructose). Glucose polymers are considered a complex carb but I have used them with slin before with no problem.
