Largest realistic loading dose- epo

In your experience what is the maximum weekly loading dose for epo?
Obviously the body can only produce "so many" new red cells per week so a person can waste epo if too much is done.

LOL I am an expert at wasting it I'm afraid... I have taken 42K in one week before (6k/day) and I still never got above 52...

How did that compare to a lower dose that you may have done in the past ? ie: 3000iu's every other day.

6K every other day works for me while loading.

There are some good studies that find the dose of epo has to be super high to be wasted. Way above what us non anemic athletes use. Still its important to have good iron, b and folic regime.

Will try access studies when I have more time.

Google 'epo dosing' for lots of research and contradictions on RG's original question. It seems there is a lot of conflicting results as to what best dosing protocol is. We must bear in mind these reports are for people who are properly anemic or with some other disorder. 6k EOD while loading and 6k Every 5 days while maintaining works well for me. WARNING-that may be too much for others.

With propper suplementation I got exactly the same response per iu at 6k eod as 3k eod.

I used Kexing this spring at 6k every 5 days for 25 days to load. HC went from 41 to 49. I weigh 81kg. Loaded with iron, folic, b's etc. I caught walking pneumounia and for six weeks was basically screwed so I did not do any maintenance dosing after finding that out.

Just for clarification you are saying you saw twice the rise in Hct at 6K than at 3K... why not try 9K ?

Your body can only take so much right? Yes I saw double the increase at double the dose same frequency. Pluss the longer you load the slower it falls. what goes up........
