That Tren makes one's skin look like it's painted over muscles and veins. Good work. I've been taking a morning one, then 4 hours later after training. I like the hunger from GHRP2, so I add that in. I know I should be taking advantage of the night pulse, but i eat too much at night and always go to bed on a full stomach. So, i usually just pin some exo GH if anything in the evening.

Yeah, the only bad thing about how you look on tren is the white chickenpox on your neck. Lol. You hear a lot about GHRP-6 making you hungry but the GHRP-2 is the one that has that effect on me. I'D jog straight to Shoney's if I didn't stop myself.

Now on week 6 of my GRF / Ipam peptide cycle. I should also mention that I am also running test e/ Tren E@ 600mg / 400mg PW.
My goal at the start of this was to lose bf. My abdominal skinfold at day 1 was 11mm. Currently that is down to 7.5mm. BW is down approx 6 pounds so weight is coming off nicely, not too fast but I do seem to have stalled out in the last 10-14 days.

The best benefit I notice to date is reduction in everyday pain. I actually did not realize how much pain I was in day to day. When I began this I would place a hand on my knee to help myself up from a stooped position. I no longer do that. My back feels better, my knees feel MUCH better! Sleep in deeper and less broken. I have to also add that in my last peptide cycle which spanned approx. 12 months I think the quality of the peptides were very questionable. I now use clinical grade and the difference is huge.

Bilter, IYDM, give us an update on the cycle.

its going very well. I added 1iu of insulin to my Carbless Post workout protocol to enhance protein synthesis, help shuttle nutrients to muscle tissue and free up more GH recpetors. I have been doing that now for 3-4 weeks. Body weight is up a few pounds (3 pound to be exact) and abdominal skin folds are down another 0.5 to 1mm. I also started using GHRP 2 for my morning and PWO peptide pinnings but stayed with the Ipam for pre bed.

I had to straighten out a little over eating issue I had on re-feed days. I was consuming too many simple carbs to help super compensate. Once I scaled back a bit there I started losing fat again and gaining some lean mass.

Sounds good. I figured you'd be shooting for anabolic benefits from peps and fat lose also. Low dose slin also upregulates IGF-1 and spliced IGF-1/insulin receptors for anabolic effect from peps. Is that right? I think that's what Dat said. Are you doing carbs preworkout?

I don't recall the up regulation of IGF receptors ( you are probably correct) but insulin is critical to the formation of GH receptors. By the token too much circulating insulin hinders the expression of the newly created receptors so a balance is crucial. As you are probably also aware insulin aids in protein synthesis and helps shuttle nutrients ( amino acids, creatine, glutamine) to the muscle tissue while they are still insulin sensitive post work out.

Regarding my carb intake, since I am using modified ADF along with CPWO ( I stay carbless for 36 hours post workout), on the days I do workout, that morning I get up and eat some simple carbs with protein. Throughout the rest of that day I load upon carbs and protein to super compensate glucose stores. This way I can go into my workout fully energized and the I start the whole process over again.

I am thinking that in another 2 weeks I will stop the ADF and just go with CPWO for a while as I really am getting too lean. My abs show without flexing, which is nice but I have been getting a lot of comments about how thin my face has gotten. At the same time my body weight is where it was when I started this craziness..... Last edited by Bilter on 09-21-2010 at 01:48 AM

Bilter,

your protocol sounds great. I was wondering if you can get into alitle bit more detail about the carbs after fasting. How much? How long before workout?

Do you do 10g carbs per kilo?

Thanks

Tough, my carbs after fasting starts the following morning. It will usually consist of 1 bowl of Kashi cereal with 2 tbs of honey. Along with that I drink 1/2 of a protein shake that consists of 1c egg white, 1c frozen blueberries, 1c raw oats, 1/2 plain yogurt, 1tsp of cocoa powder, 50g whey and 1 banana.

I drink the second half about 2 .5 hours later. from that time until I work out I will eat a couple of packages of instant oats (the low calorie kind), about 4 oz of spelt bread (home made), lots of lean protein, a sweet potato and a pre workout shake of 1c egg white, 25 g of whey, 10g of BCAA
