i was wondering i know u take 7-10 grams of carbs per iu but if u drink a premade protein drink with 53 carbs and 44 sugars do i add that up and both numbers count towards the 7-10 grams of carbs

no that means of the total 53 carbs that 44 of them are sugar. you have 53 total carbs in that drink. use 53 as your number.

I'm not used to having a post workout drink, I just usally go eat after I train.I just started gh & slin and I have to do the post workout drink, it seems to be killing my appetite for my meal. What do I do?

Drink is better, because it gets absorbed faster - that's the key for postworkout drink/slin injection. Your post workout drink should be pretty significant. - for a 180lb guy - 140g of carbs (lots of high GI) + 60g of protein and some fat - that brings it up to 1000 calories - an equivalent of a meal. - so you don't need to eat immediately. If you still can't eat your next meal (2 or 3 hours later) - then you might want to add some b12 to your daily injections to boost your appetite.

I get out of the gym at 7:30pm I can't wait until 10:00 to eat, I'm already eating again by then.
