Started at 50mcg SQ 5 days ago. I dont know if its just a placebo but I have been feeling great, which has also let me to train better. Also started sweating in my sleep last night. Could this be because I take it before bed ?

yes to both! I also find it wakes me up 2 hours early, feeling as if I've had a full nights sleep. I think the sweats may be an indirect effect, eg. from being in such a deep sleep that you don't move around as much as normal. The sides disappear for me by dropping the dose to 30mcg, though reco. stays good
Cheers

Why would you sweat more from being in a deep sleep and not moving around?

I've never noticed any sides while on igf...i'll pay more attention next time.

I've been maintaining the same dosage mentioned above, and have not noticed anymore night sweats. Must have just been an isolated case.
Today I had a heavy leg day and I injected 25mcg in each quad. I'm really liking this stuff, seems like more noticeable benefits than GH.

Also would anyone know how best to combine IGF1 LR3 w HGH? Is it even necessary ? I'm not looking for size, just reco. and E increase.
Thx

.

I occasionally get night sweats, my other half notices that it happens when I've wrapped myself up in the duvet & not seemed to have changed position all night- I've noticed that it only ever happens after agf/GHrp-6, which sometimes puts me into a really deep sleep- the kind where you don't even remember the usual mid sleep cycle break. I thinkk the sweating for me us from being too well wrapped but in too deep a sleep to be roused by my thermoregulatory mechanisms.

Either that or I've got TB

Does it matter with igf to do spot injections? I've always done just subcutaneous shots in the belly.

Why subq? Then there is more chance in gut growth right? You want to inject the muscle that has been trained.. And why inject before bed time?? Should be post work out..

True, but what if you train your whole body ? As an mma fighter its rare that I train just one part of my body. There are some strength & conditioning days where some parts are worked more than others but never isolated.
For example a grappling or kickboxing session works all your limbs, would I be better off doing random quad or shoulder shots, or stick to subq to spread it out evenly ?

I get your point..

I wouldn't take the risk off gut growth.. Maybe other guys think differently that I do.. But I would just pick one muscle that you have trained.. So as you say for instance monday the shoulders.. And wednessday the quads.. If you have trained them..

Someone else an opinion??

Maybe you're right, either way any muscle I inject has been worked so it would still be beneficial. One question on the timing, if not taken in the muscle directly postw WO, can I do an IM injection before bedtime ?
