yea i've used it with great results. So has a friend of mine. Not much change in diet, still lost weight. Tightening up of the skin around my
large muscle groups shoulders, pecs, etc...

The three-dimensional solution structure of antiobesity drug (AOD), a 15-residue, disulfide-bonded, cyclic peptide, cyclo(6,13)-H2N-Leu-Arg-Ile-Val-Gln-Cys-Arg-Ser-Val-Glu-Gly-Ser-Cys-Gly-Phe-OH, derived from the C-terminal domain of the human growth hormone (hGH) (residues 177-191) was determined using two-dimensional 1H NMR spectroscopy. AOD stimulates lipolysis and inhibits lipogenesis, in vitro, in rodent, porcine and human adipose tissues. These biological effects suggest that AOD is a potential therapeutic candidate for the treatment of obesity. Conformational studies of AOD were conducted in aqueous solution and in water/dimethylsulfoxide mixtures. In general, spectral quality was superior in the water/ dimethylsulfoxide mixtures. The cyclic region of AOD in water/dimethylsulfoxide adopts type I beta-turns at residues Ser8-Val9-Glu10-Gly11 and Ser12-Cys13-Gly14-Phe15, each preceded by loop-like structures. Comparison of the conformation of this peptide with residues 177-191 in the native HGH protein X-ray crystal structure indicates that the synthetic peptide retains some structural similarity to the intact protein. This study provides evidence that the C-terminal region of hGH is a specific functional domain of the multifunctional hGH protein.
That is Stimulates fat burning and inhibits the formation of fat!

The Skeptic in me was about to call BS with this being your first post, but then I see you registered more than 4 years ago... talk about preemptive marketing
Seriously though, what BF % range are we talking here? How long till you saw results? This product is $25 per week so I am still a little hesitant to try if it takes 12 weeks to kick in, etc.

I know that HGH tends to be less effective for women as far as weight-loss properties. (Less effective meaning it normally requires a higher dose to see the same effects as opposed to males.) Does anyone know if this is the case with peptide fragments as well?

You're right i've never posted here and I've been a long time member. No need to with all the great knowledge on the board. God knows I've learned a ton from the people here. I noticed no one replied to this one so I took it.

No noticeable sides. I shoot 200 mcg a day in stomach area. I’m in week 3 right now, so far I’ve dropped 10 lbs without major diet change or cardio. There's been tightening around abs, pecs, arms. I heard other people talking about this at other sites who were losing 20 lbs or so in a month.

Are you sure your haven't done more with your diet or training? Everyone I've come across so far hasn't had such drastic results in that short of a time period. Don't get me wrong, I think the stuff works (Just got my 4 pack deal from the Kalpa store), but I haven't found anything that suggests it works that fast.

Yea it's not a "magic pill" but I did lose that in week 3. I stay away from junk food and fast food now but I'm not on a low carb diet. Still losing not as drastic as the beginning.

Since slin pins only have .50 ml capacity... is there any reason you couldn't dilute with only 5ML of bacteriostatic h2o to get 200mcg per use (400mcg/ml vs 200mcg/ml)?
