Oh come on. I know some of you endurance guys have had at least some expericnece so lets hear it.
I do 2.5iu's/day. Don't think it's done anything for me except leaned me out.

How long have you been on it? Also, is this a "stadard" dose for endurance perposes?
A long time. I think 2 iu's is more of a standard dose.

seems allot of cash to lay out for not much in the way of results?have allways thought about it though?
I know some guys react different to it.
Most posts I've read suggest 1-3iu EOD for the endurance athlete.
And what about duration? When do you start to see/feel the effects?
I think some say a week or two, maybe even sooner. Others as much as 6 months! These may have been BBs with very different goals and much higher doses. For my first cycle, I will start with 2iu EOD in the morning on an empty stomach.
I used3-4 iu daily for about 2 months.
I only stopped because it became unavailble for a time.
I noticed stamina in the gym and in cardio workouts (but I'm not an endurance athlete and can not comepare what you guys do).
I also saw changes in my skin and hair--not so important to endurance, but nice for a girl.
I definately feel low dose would be a good idea, and I'd stay on all the time (but I stay on stuff all the time).

it will help prevent tendonitis and joint pain if used in a low dose for an extended time. 1iu pw ed or 1.5-2 eod is all you need.
it will "block" your endurance for a few hours after dosing.
some brands cause too much water retention and can screw you up. lily comes to mind
Does exogenous GH stop or reduce endogenous production? If so maybe going to bed hungry (hgh production spikes with glycogen depletion) is just as good as low dose supplementation...
I think you'd have to starve yourself.
