Hey guys, i was wondering what would be good to stack with growth. I already have a bunch of Sustaplex, Stanoplex,clen and t3. What would be a good cyle to run, and how much growth would i need to make it worth getting?
I am 34, 5'11", 183 lbs., 12.5 % BF. This will be my 5th cycle, i have done Sust, Prop, Deca, Winny, Clen, T3 in the past, but usually do the minimal dosages for 8-10 weeks.
My goals are more geared towards being lean, as oppiosed to be too big. Strength is obviously important, but getting huge and being able to lift a car is not what i want. I dont want to be bigger than 190-195, but would like to be able to have 3 plates on my bench. Geting down to 7-8% BF is probably my biggest goal.
I know diet is key, and i do a pretty good job with it, but i will listen to any ideas someone might have to make it better, particularly while using Growth.

IMO, test with eq or deca and Gh is all you need..infact test and GH is all you really need. With GH start at a low dose 1-2iu per day till your body becomes accustom to higher levels of GH and then gradually bump it up to 4-5iu per day, taken first thing in the morning. Make sure not to eat any carbs two hours before and 1 hour after injecting GH.

I have also heard GH can be taken EOD, and be just as effective, do you think that is true?
gus is right. diet, cardio and a little gh will help you lose bf.

yes. you will lose more fat at the injection sight.

I think you need to re-evaluate your entire approach at working out and dieting. AAS nor HGH is the answer for you.

Yeah I gotta bump this. You really need to think about how you have been doing things.GH isn't the answer.You need to fix your training and diet.Also 4-5ius a day of GH isn't needed.There is no need to go that high with it.
