I've browsed through a lot of threads containing info in any form about HGH administration on this site, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

I'm curious what would be the best way to administrate my HGH based on only two variables - "time of injection" and "dosage".

When to do the first shot AM? Just upon wakening or a bit later (a bit being how long?) (given that I get up at 7AM on work days - 8AM when off work) -->> I do 30min of cardio ED before breakfest - should the shot be before or after doing my cardio?

When to do the second shot, PM? Should I place the second shot PWO for best results (given the WO is around 12:30 PM and ending at 14:30 PM), or should I place it around 6 PM dispite of my WO?

---->>> I'm doing a low dose at 5IU EOD!!

I know this can be a bit cryptic to read, but have in mind I'm from Denmark...

I think most people just shoot once per day, EOD.

Timing depends on how if makes you feel, some people get tired after taking it, so morning is no good.

I am going to be trying it for the 1st time soon, and time of day is something that I have not read any conclusive evidence about.

I shall be going 8-10iu eod.

Thx for replying NYTOL!

I haven't been able to find any studies with conclusive evidence about time for injection, that's why I was interested in some comments from other bros with experienced on HGH use.

Anyway... I'm gonna go like you on my cycle... doing 8-10iu EOD - 8iu today monday, wednesday 10iu ay, then 8 again friday and so on...

I'll be experimenting with the time of inecjtion.

On the days with 8iu - like today... I''ve already done 1. shot with 2iu at 9am. before my morning cardio (30min. moderat cycling).
Next time for injection will be PWO at 1:30/2:00PM with 3iu.
At 5pm I'll do 2iu and then later at 8/9pm I'll do my last shot today...

This schedule will of course repeat it self when doing 10iu - just with other dossages...

Any comments on this guys?

Did that one shot make you tired?
I've read where you don't want your blood glucose to high when you take HGH, thats why some do slin before.

I'm not quite sure what you mean bro?

Your glucose-levels are very low in the morning!

I'm never using SLIN... way to dangerous for IMO...

I'm sorry for not being clear.
I wake up at 4:30 am for my 2hr ride.
I'm just thinking when I should take the HGH, I need recovery.

That's a VERY LOW dosage! U might not feel a difference at all.... IMO I'd bump the dosage up to min. 2iu ED -> 4iu EOD would be the best solution - even for healing/recovery!

Time of injection is hard to say... try splitting it up into 2iu AM and 2iu PM... if the AM shot makes you too tired, then move it til first thing after work if u can't bring it along with you in a cooler (must be kept at +1-8 degrees Celcius!)

Does noone with some years experience have a comment on my way of administering my HGH?

I usually do my first dosge (4iu's) immediately after waking. Then my second dose (4iu's) around 5pm, which is right before training. I have also heard some respectable bb's say that you should dose your second immediately after training but I have yet to try that.

A lot of guys feel tired after a GH shot, so I was wondering if this happens because GH is hypoglycemic and maybe we have to increase carb intake in order to avoid this side.

I think GH has the opposite effect, and actually raises blood sugar levels?

Yeah, I think you're right, just got this text below:

Carbohydrate Metabolism --GH is a modulator of carbohydrate metabolism. For example, patients with inadequate secretion of GH sometimes experience fasting hypoglycemia that is improved by treatment with GH. GH therapy may decrease insulin sensitivity. Untreated patients with chronic renal insufficiency and Turner syndrome have an increased incidence of glucose intolerance. Administration of hGH to adults or children resulted in increases in serum fasting and postprandial insulin levels, more commonly in overweight or obese individuals. In addition, mean fasting and postprandial glucose and hemoglobin A 1c levels remained in the normal range.
