ive been thinking of trying slin and need some pointers. what doses and diet i dont want to get fat
what are your stats...how long training and experince with gea/...
im 6ft 1in 210lbs about 13% body fat been using gear 1 1\2 years been training about 2 years
This topic has been beat to death. Use the "search" function and type in Insulin. Do this on every other board you go on too. If you screw up with Slin you could wind up in the ER or worse. Good luck.

You need to learn all that there is to know about the stuff first in order to know how to do it. But my advice is stick with the juice a bit longer, just 1 1/2 years in is very little. Just plan a good cycle and stick to it. In a year or 2 you might be wiser and posibly try your luck with slin.

Misuse anything and it will hurt you. Insulin can be used safely, but it is MUCH less forgiving than AAS.
i agree with 250byxmas. i use 10 iu post workout 2 weeks on and 2 off. not a prob if u use ur brain.
You know that you can die from insulin ? if you dont do it properly. Anyway this is how I am doing slin In mornings MON TUE THUS FRI I take 15 IU insulin shot along with 4 IU GH. In the evenings after workout have the same As soon as you have the insuling shoot, drink 150 g glucose (10 g glucose for each unit of insulin). You have to drink or will die. 2 - 2/2 hours after the insulin shoot you must eat eat (because you will crash again) a BIG MEAL). You must to eat otherwise you will die. After this will be out of your system. If you dont drink the glucose and have the meals you will DIE
acutally alin i take about 7-8g of carb per iu and im fine. also it depends on what type of insulin ur taking. if its humalog then you shoot it, take a protein/carb drink with about 80 carbs. then an hour later u eat a good meal and its out of ur system in 4 hrs. Humalin r is out in 8 hrs.
here the right way to use it, for long term(i mean years and years) and healthy gains, but most peole don't listen becasue they would rather the quicker results. iw ill repeat the info hopefully its sticks Dosages can eventually go up, but for a fist time user these doess are definatly good for quite awhile. do it one time a week , 3 times a day on that day at 5 ius per time. you will get great long term results this way, without bad sides or getting fat. doing insulin every day is not the way to go and leades nowhere fast. you will comprimise you health, your insulin sensitivity will go down quick, and you will have to use a ton of slin to even feel anything. due yourself a favor and take my advice. don't use slin every day or even close to every day or you will build a tolerance to it quickly casuing insulin sensitivity to go down. it should be used 1 or 2 a week at most. this way you stay sensitive as hell to insulin and can use it for years to come with great results. if you use it everyday it becomes wrothless to you unles you keep upping the dosage to even more dangerous levals. eventaully your body won't even respond to insulin anymore, so if you want years of growing use it sparingly. try one day a week , work out in the morning then use 5 ius; after your workout, use 5 ius 4 hours later then another 5 iu 4 hours later for a toatl of 15 ius that day. you will see excellent results. its will be like one massive carb up day were your musclcles will be ultra sensitive and explode. you can work you way up to about 10 ius per time instead of 5 but you shouldn't have to for veyr long time because 5 will be more than enough to elicit a great repsonse from you body. you might get quicker resluts at the beginning using slin every day but in the end you will get better results over years of growth using it once or twice a we
