because of my schedule i was considering taking 10iu monday wed and friday,instead of 5iu 6 times per wk.is there any advantage to either dose frequency? thanx

Bcause of the short life span of GH within the body, you are probably better off with 5 iu 6 times per week.

I would go with 5iu 6 times per week rather than 10 for 3.
