Juicing at 151 lbs is not very smart. Obviously you don't have a diet down pat, or training, or sufficient rest. You really should get that worked out properly otherwise if you can't gain weight as you are now, how do you expect to MAINTAIN what you put on using AAS, sure you'll look good for a short while, but your just gonna lose it all. However it is your choice, everybody likes to take the easy (seemingly) way out, you'll learn in the long run. Here is an extract from BigCat's Insulin article taken from www.bodybuilding.com/fun/catinsulin.htm The standard protocol suggests the use of 1 IU per 20 pounds of bodyweight, but you would do best to start out at a lower dose like 2-4 IU and then work your way up a bit, until you feel you are taking enough. As doses increase, so does the amount of sugar that is ingested with them. Again a standard of 10 grams per IU is given, but I would recommend a dose of 150 grams regardless of the amount as long as it is below 15 IU's, if it is higher then add 10 grams for every IU. Since the compound stays active for 6-8 hours, hypoglycemia can occur at any moment during this time span. So consuming carbs during this time is advised, and at the very least keep a large amount of them handy, so you can act quickly. Dizziness, weakness and feeling sleepy are all pretty indicative of the onset of hypoglycemia and a good sign that you should take another good dose of sugar.
Thanks for the advice Amatuer; I left out the part about height, I'm 5'3 so the 151 pnds are gained with sacriffice, but I want to juice up right and posibly get to 175, 180 in a year. Of course done right, good diet, training and rest. Thanks again.
Scary shit.
newjuicer, you need to know which brand you are using as they all stay active for differnet lengths of time, I would highly recommend researching the shit out of this before attempting it. IMO it's not worth it, think gear can, and will get you where your going without adding to the risks by adding slin.
